My guess is 70s, but without any markings, it's hard to say. I couldn't find any mugs like these on Google search. There are signs of vintage like the quality (see photo of speck in the mug. It is a sign of not mixing the sand thoroughly and seen in a couple of spots. These mugs are absolutely gorgeous regardless, and without finding any others exactly like them, they would make a flawless gift for that hard to buy for person in your life!
