They Were In a pair of mens size 11 shoes when I got them. They have a letter M on the underside of each of them. I'm not sure if that means mens size or medium. Pictures show measurements. they are extended and relaxed in pictures. can be shortened to fit in shoes. From a smoke complimentary home.
